We help you see your value clearly, so you can make it visible.

Kathy Robinson, founder of CXO Directions.

Kathy Robinson has spent 23 years helping C-suite executives see and communicate their value at the highest level.

CXO Directions was founded by Kathy Robinson, President, who coaches senior leaders to build their professional visibility and impact through a full range of career and leadership challenges: job searches, executive transitions, fractional and advisory practice building, executive branding, and leadership coaching inside organizations.

Kathy founded and led multiple coaching organizations, including the first-of-its-kind online career coaching platform, TurningPoint, which has served tens of thousands of individuals looking to redirect their careers, as well as the Executive Career Coaching Associates, a peer association for executive career coaches across the country.

Her background prior to coaching includes Fortune 100 and startup experience across multiple industries, as well as fractional CHRO work, which means she has held a C-suite level role herself and understands from the inside what it takes to lead at that level. She has also founded multiple businesses and associations, giving her a founder's perspective that most coaches don't bring to the work.

Her clients have come from organizations including Amazon, Apple, PayPal, Visa, Airbnb, NBC, WPP, Salesforce, Sony, Harvard University, United Way, Forrester, Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, and BCG, as well as startups and private-equity-held organizations across industries.

Kathy has been named a top executive career coach and is a frequent media contributor on executive careers and leadership. Her work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CNN, CBS, NPR, Time, Money, AARP, the Boston Globe, and the Boston Business Journal. She is based in Boston and works with executives nationwide.

Kathy works with leaders to develop their unique vision and value proposition to become known as the go-to person for their expertise. She serves as a strategic sounding board for executives looking to lead organizations through key transition points, become more visibly known, elevate their presence,  conduct a career pivot, reposition after a company exit, land board roles, and/or start a fractional or consulting practice.
